Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

Booking is simple with 4 easy steps :

  1. Choose your date & timing
  2. Choose your pick up location
  3. Choose your destination
  4. Make Payment

What information do I need in order to book?

You need the following information.

  1. Date and time you want to travel
  2. How many people with you
  3. You need to provide phone number and email
  4. Credit Card/Debit Card for payment
  5. You need to understand the following
    1. 10 seaters van can accommodate
      1. 10 persons without luggage
      2. 7 persons with luggage
    2. 14 seaters van can accommodate
      1. 14 persons without luggage
      2. 10 person with luggage
  6. All booking must be done at least 24 hours before departure.
I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

How do I pay for my transfer?

Few Methods for payment :

  1. Credit Card
  2. Debit Card
  3. Paypal account
Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes you can. After you select the first trip, you can add another trip by selecting the destination and these will be put under your shopping cart before payment is made.

Booking Cancellation

You can cancel your booking 48 hours before the journey. We will refund you after deducting the bank commission and service charge since we still have to pay our staff salary doing the work.

Cancellation less than 48 hours will be forfeited.

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

There is no specific entitlement on luggage. You have to understand, the more luggage you have means you can carry less people onboard the van. Thus be wary. We can’t help if you don’t have sufficient space for everyone.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

We will pick you up at the address provided by you.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

We never experience this, since we have GPS and mobile phone technology unless the address provided is wrong or the address is not captured in the GPS.

We will investigate the fault, if it is on our end, we will refund you the money in full.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Yes but you have to let us know early for us to make arrangement. Last minute notification, will be on the best effort basis. Additional payment should be made because the bigger the van the higher the price. Additional payment should be made to the driver.

However, if you are changing from 14 seaters to 10 seaters van, we will not refund the different.

How long will the transfer take?

It varies depending on your pick up points to the destinations.
